SH obtained a law degree from Padjadjaran University in 2002 and a master degree from the same University in 2005. His practice areas are primarily focus on Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, oil and gas transactions, mining and Land Acquisition. Prior the establishment of HPM, SH had experience as a District Court Judge for more than ten (10) years. During his career as a judge, SH has handled various and complex cases, both civil and criminal cases including several corruption cases which directly enrich his experience in solving disputes and handling both civil and criminal cases. SH also experienced as a Legal Consultant in several Law Firms in Jakarta and after serving his time as a District Court Judge, he was advised as Contract Lead in a prominent Mining Company and Oil and Gas Company. During his early day as a Legal Consultant, SH was involved in conducting legal due dilligence on behalf of BPPN/ IBRA to examine all agreements related to BLBI Debtors. All those above-mentioned SH’s experiences will be use to provide an effective and comprehensive legal solutions to solve all legal matters faced by our respected Client;

DM has experience as a Legal Consultant in several law firms for more than 7 (seven) years before joining a BUMN engaged in ship financing for more than 5 (five) years as Head of the Legislation & Litigation Division. During his career at BUMN, DM was active in the BUMN Law Forum organization and served as Deputy Chair of the Advocacy & Legal Consultation for BUMN. The experience that DM has while working in BUMN can provide a comprehensive legal perspective related to advice to HPM Client to solve their legal problems, especially for HPM Client who are BUMN companies.
