Experience & Activities

SH obtained a law degree from Padjadjaran University in 2002 and a master degree from the same University in 2005. His practice areas are primarily focus on Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, oil and gas transactions, mining and Land Acquisition.

Prior the establishment of HPM, SH had experience as a District Court Judge for more than ten (10) years. During his career as a judge, SH has handled various and complex cases, both civil and criminal cases including several corruption cases which directly enrich his experience in solving disputes and handling both civil and criminal cases.

SH also experienced as a Legal Consultant in several Law Firms in Jakarta and after serving his time as a District Court Judge, he was advised as Contract Lead in a prominent Mining Company and Oil and Gas Company. During his early day as a Legal Consultant, SH was involved in conducting legal due dilligence on behalf of BPPN/ IBRA to examine all agreements related to BLBI Debtors.
